win7下ipconfig的输出的确有点让人眼花，看到一个去掉IPV6的方法，kaka同学也提供了一个方法，前者我验证了，后者有兴趣的同学可以验证下。

win7 在 ipconfig 時會出現很多 ipv6 的相關資訊，但事實上我們現在並沒有ipv6的需求，ms 有提供方法真正關閉 ipv6
